Whatever the amount of pilates experience you have had there is a class to suite you. Click here to download a current timetable .

Foundation For those with very little or no Pilates experience. This session is an introduction to Pilates, concentrating on the core principles and introducing you to the exercises. Foundation classes will run in blocks of six.

Level 1 Ideal for beginners or for those who have just progressed from the foundation class. The class is kept at a slower pace.

Level 2 A step up from level 1. This session works at a quicker pace and additional exercises are introduced for a more dynamic workout but allows individuals to work according to their individual fitness level.

Power A more intense workout for those who have a good knowledge of Pilates. You must be injury free to partake in this session.

Private Sessions Allows the instructor to focus on the individuals needs. It is advisable for those who have been referred by a healthcare professional to complete six private sessions before taking part in one of the above classes.

Semi-private Sessions are available.

Reformer Is one of the specially designed pieces of equipment which adds a different element to Pilates. Reformer sessions are only available as a one-to-one. All sessions are by appointment only. All classes are booked in blocks of six (private sessions can be booked individually)
