Whatever the amount of pilates experience you have had there is a class to suite you. 

Foundation For those with very little or no Pilates experience. This session is an introduction to Pilates, concentrating on the core principles and introducing you to the exercises. Foundation classes will run in blocks of six.

Level 1 Ideal for beginners or for those who have just progressed from the foundation class. The class is kept at a slower pace.

Level 2 A step up from level 1. This session works at a quicker pace and additional exercises are introduced for a more dynamic workout but allows individuals to work according to their individual fitness level.

Mixed Is a class aimed at all levels, the instructor will offer an number of options for certain exercises and the individual chooses the level best suited to their capabilities.

Private Sessions Allows the instructor to focus on the individuals needs. It is advisable for those who have been referred by a healthcare professional to complete a few private sessions before taking part in one of the above classes.

Small Group Sessions are also available.

Reformer, stability chair and ladder barrel are specially designed pieces of equipment which adds a different element to Pilates. Equipment sessions are only available as a one-to-one. 

All sessions are by appointment only.
