Dale Theron
Dale has been involved in the fitness industry since 1993. Dale studied a Sports degree in South Africa. It was during her university years that she started to take an interest in rehabilitation of lower back disorders. Dale has been teaching Pilates since 2000 and completed her Remedial Pilates course in 2002. Since then she has started her training with STOTT PILATES®. She now specialises in rehabilitation of injuries, her main area of interest being lower back disorders.

Dale is certified in advanced STOTT PILATES® matwork and is currently working towards her Reformer, Barrel and Stability Chair certification.

Catharine Tasker (Bonk) Catharine has been participating in sport for as long as she can remember and working in the fitness industry since 1993.

She was awarded an Associate Diploma with Body Control in 2000. Two years of courses and supervised teaching followed and in 2002 she gained her full qualification in matwork with Body Control Pilates®.

Feeling Pilates is a continuous journey for both the teacher and client Catharine continues to attend a wide range of further specialist courses and workshops.

Sabina Sandy Sabina began her fitness career in 1998 by gaining the YMCA Personal Trainer award, she then gained her Exercise to Music award in 1999 Sabina worked at Greens Health & Fitness and The Atrium in Cambridge.

In June 2000 Sabina completed the Pilates Matwork Course with The Pilates Institute and has continued her Pilates training by completing pregnancy, shoulder and thoracic spine and sacroiliac workshops. She spent a year working with student dances and now teaches Pilates at a number of venues in Bury St Edmunds. 

Ann Leaney Ann is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and is a level 3 Pilates teacher. She has a certificate in Matwork from Body Control. She continues to develop her Pilates skills by regularly attending training workshops.

She has been a fitness instructor since 1985, having originally been taught by a dancer. She discovered Pilates about 8 years ago, became "hooked" and re-trained in the Pilates method. Ann has a relaxed yet focused approach to her classes and above all believes Pilates is there to be enjoyed.
